External Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager - MiningKSB is a leading global pump manufacturer with sales and service branches throughout Australia.
The position is responsible for the generation of profitable sales of the company's products, namely Pumps, Valves and Service into identified region and customer base. As part of the mining team, a key focus will be Slurry Pump and Dewatering portfolio.
Main responsibilities: Servicing new and existing customer base, responsible for the generation of profitable sales of the company's products, namely Pumps, Valves and Service into a defined sales region within Western Australia for customer accounts.Focus on the customer and ensuring all aspects of customer service is maintained including building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.Implement strategies for your sales territory which will also include specific customer and product strategies.Support the BDMs as they perform product presentations to KSB customers.To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes: Mineral process knowledge or similar industry sales experience.Tender/quote, bid preparation and submission knowledge.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.The ability to work unsupervised.Strong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirements.To apply or express your interest in this role with a growing company please apply below ensuring you enclose a detailed resume with a cover letter.
