About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining up-to-date product market awareness so as to be fully informed about all present and future developments in the profession and industry
2. Assisting with coordination of customer trade expos, events, ensuring spend within budget and appropriate ROI
3. Creating and implementing consumer facing marketing tools including; packaging design, promotional, product, point of sale, technical and SDS collateral
4. Having awareness and compliance of the CA brand across the business. This includes the maintenance of brand guidelines & circulation of these to appropriate parties
5. Supporting the Marketing team with sample data required for customer satisfaction research (NPS), producing quarterly NPS reports and sharing results with internal stakeholders
6. Assist the Marketing team and Sales team in managing national promotional activity
About you:
We are looking for someone with:
7. A strong understanding of video editing techniques, including timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
8. Accountability for the CA web presence via company sites and social media. This extends to all customer facing web channels
9. The ability to maintain and update content on Cement Australia website
10. Forward thinking for content and knowledge of latest online trends for social media, blogs and online presence.
11. Drive to implement continuous improvement to Cement Australia’s digital and social media strategy and customer interaction journey
12. The ability to manage targeted marketing on digital platforms, ensuring spend within budget and appropriate ROI
13. A tertiary degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business
