You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and sales enablement across our HR, Talent, and Thrive portfolio. This role presents an opportunity to include outcomes and impact orientation—driving both customer and commercial impact.What You Will DoMarket Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs, leveraging insights to refine GTM strategies.Persona Development & Buyer Journeys: Build detailed customer personas and map buying cycles to tailor messaging and positioning effectively.Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Drive the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of products and features, ensuring successful market adoption and customer engagement.Sales Enablement & Content Strategy: Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and internal training materials to enable teams with value-driven messaging.Product Communication: Own customer communication for product updates, ensuring clear articulation of business benefits in customer-centric language.Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with the enablement team, product managers, and internal stakeholders to align messaging, product positioning, and market education.Copywriting & Content Development: Write high-quality marketing copy for customer communications, feature releases, help articles, and thought leadership content.What You'll Need3+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience.
