About the role:
MSS Security is looking for an Aviation Security Site Supervisor to assist the Aviation Services Manager with the day-to-day management of onsite employees at Mascot, Sydney site. This role involves overseeing operational client relationships, staff rosters, quality assurance, and compliance with aviation security processes. Your duties will be, and not limited to:
* Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
* Service Quality and Client Relations: Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
* Operational Efficiency: Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all aviation security processes and quality assurance measures.
* Reporting: Maintaining focus on asset protection while using appropriate communication methods, such as radio, phone, and logbooks, to report incidents and issues.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:
* Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
* NSW Security Licence
* Must have full working rights in Australia
* Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
* Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective time management and prioritization skills
* High standards of professionalism and integrity
