Position: After Hours / Compliance Coordinator
Start: ASAP
Duration: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: $33 per hour plus superannuation
Location: Port Macquarie, NSW
Primary Purpose of the Position
The After Hours/Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the management of client bookings and requests, records management and staff inductions. This role acts as a first point of call for client requests and enquiries for the business units.
Duties:
* Managing compliances
* After hours rostering
* Rotating on-call weekend shifts
* Receiving and managing of booking/client requests
* Ensure client schedules are filled
* Answering calls and helping with service requests
* Triaging communication to the most appropriate team member
* Ensuring data, documents and notes into appropriate database
* Client contact
* Incident reporting
* CI raising
* Tracking hours/statistics
* Assist with recruitment and induction of new staff as required
* General administrative duties
* Other duties as directed by the company
Experience
* Strong rostering scheduling experience
* Sound computer and systems skills
* Customer service experience
Essential Criteria
