Our client is a multi-national company that have been servicing Australia with air conditioning services for 25 years and are highly regarded as one of the leaders in their space, having received numerous awards and consistently been one of the top providers of air conditioning services. They are currently looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join them in their North Brisbane office, to provide support to technicians in QLD and NT. The Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager, Service & Technical, and Regional Service Manager with technical support and recovery of parts related to equipment failures and service issues. Provide spare part selection guidance, technical service assistance, and commissioning support to Service Agents. Aid Regional Service Managers in sourcing appropriate spare parts or replacement units. Support the analysis of WCO data for technical or trade-related matters as requested. Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to conduct bi-annual training seminars for the Authorized Service Agent networks, as outlined by the General Manager, Service & Technical. Manage Warranty Claim Orders (ACW) in compliance with consumer law, and handle the approval, rejection, and processing of claims with the accounts department when necessary. Visit sites as requested by the General Manager, Service & Technical, or Regional Service Manager, and provide detailed reports. Conduct technical field tests and inspections, providing reports as needed. Perform in-house equipment modifications and document results as required. Demonstrate the operation of control systems to end users and installation/service contractors as requested. Provide technical information support to Sales Account Managers when necessary. Handle general office duties as needed to support operations. Key Requirements: Skills and experience with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel Tertiary qualification in HVAC Restricted Electrical licence Arctick Refrigerant handling licence Strong proven track record in HVAC diagnostics and able to provide solutions to technical issues Clear communicator and able to give instructions through both verbal and written communication Unrestricted Drivers Licence To apply, please contact stephenwynco.com.au
