About the Role As part of our dynamic and customer-focused team, you will provide expert IT support and troubleshooting services to a diverse client base. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Providing technical support and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner. Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and networking tools. Supporting and managing desktop computers, ensuring smooth operation and performance. Implementing security best practices and system optimisations. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations. Documenting technical procedures and providing clear communication to users. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Information Technology, with experience in an IT support role (L1, L2, or L3). Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills. Experience in managing desktop computers in an enterprise environment. Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and networking tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently when required.
