Reporting to the Supply Chain Director you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15-20 people.
This role can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne.

Your responsibilities will include: Lead direct and indirect procurement across Lockheed Martin Australia Establish a Supply Planning capability that ensures material is available on time to feed production Collaborate with global category management team to identify and implement strategic opportunities for LMA inclusive in global activities Lead functional KPIs and metrics Lead governance activities, including supporting internal and third party audits, internal financial controls reviews and second line assurance Provide input into the Supply Chain functions strategies Lead establishment and ongoing management of supply chain scope 3 emissions reporting Provide thought leadership into and lead functional improvement initiatives Lead supply chain digital transformation initiatives Identify and mitigate supply chain risk Support the growth and development of team members Contribute to the overall strategic leadership of the function ensuring we are meeting customer commitments and positioning ourselves for future work About you: Extensive experience leading procurement activities across a range of different scopes and contract types, both direct and indirect Demonstrated experience leading teams of a similar size One or more of the following would be highly desirable: Significant experience within an engineering or project environment (preferably Defence or Construction) Knowledge of ASDEFCON suite of terms and conditions Knowledge of legislation/regulation relevant to supply chain activities within the Defence Industry Degree qualification in supply chain management or professional body accreditation (i.e MCIPS, WCC) Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
