Role In this role you will use your experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families to oversee a multidisciplinary team to carry out necessary assessments of individual, family and community issues. You will be responsible for the supervision, training and development of staff, build stakeholder relationships and ensure that services are being delivered in line with best practice principles. Requirements Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields. Previous leadership experience in a child protection and/or DFV service. Skills in assessment of child protection, family and community dynamics Preparedness to travel in 4WD vehicles or light planes, as required, and ability to undertake travel including overnight stays as necessary. Further info In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $119 - 132K + Super + housing/housing allowance. Relocation costs are also available for candidates.
