The Mine & Roster The company's underground gold mining operation is located in the northern Yandal greenstone belt and has been open since 1995. Directly managing, supervising, and leading operational teams, including external contractors and/or Northern Star Mining Services. Creating operating plans and budgets that align with the Company's operational needs and optimize the underground mine's contribution to the overall operation. Offering support, guidance, and supervision to the engineering team and technical roles. Your Skills and Experience You are required to possess and demonstrate the following: Experience: Competent user of Deswik packages (Sched, CAD, SO, MDM). Practical experience on large scale underground mining operations, including new projects ramp up and multi-site operations with the ability to influence, communicate risks, realistic plans and delivering compelling presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related field. First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency. WA Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency. Why apply?
