Maintenance Officer roles available within Perth's leading premium retail centre in the heart of Karrinyup. Job Description The Role: An opportunity has become available for experienced maintenance officers in our Maintenance Department working with Australia's most recognisable brands and clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: General electrical installations and maintenance work. Emergency and Exit Light testing. RCD testing. Testing and Tagging. Liaising with clients to meet customer needs. Handling customer enquiries and providing quotations for service repairs. Managing procurement, as required. Undertake all aspects of the Electrical Trade, including reactive and planned maintenance tasks Test for, locate and repair electrical malfunctions Install electrical and electronic control systems Assemble electrical and electronic components and appliances Connect electrical equipment to power supplies Install insulated cables and connect switches, outlets and other fittings; connect circuit breakers, transformers, motors, heaters and other electrical equipment Remove and replace light tubes and globes Provide completed paperwork daily, including signed work orders, purchase orders and risk assessments ensuring to meet company deadlines 24/7 call out for emergency breakdowns.
