Key Responsibilities -
1. Assisting customers with their travel plans, and sharing your knowledge to get them excited!
2. Ensuring a positive first impression and long-lasting relationship to retain business.
3. Assisting clients the whole way through the process, from booking to departure date.
4. Identify and establish relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
5. Using in house systems effectively to organise booking sales.
6. Meeting key KPI's and sale targets.
Qualifications -
7. High-level customer service skills. We are looking for people who have the ability to form relationships and empathise with clients.
8. Minimum of 2 years experience as a travel agent.
9. Full-time salaried roles available.
10. Must be competent on one or more GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Amadeus is preferred.
11. Geographical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The Package -
12. $60K - $80K depending on experience.
