This dynamic and reputable manufacturing company are seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Co-ordinator to join their ever-growing team on a temporary basis. Your new company is one of the largest manufacturing companies and has a global presence within the blue-collar industry. Your new role
As the Human Resources Co-ordinator you will support the wider team of experts with the facilitation and co-ordination of Human Resources initiatives. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, your duties will include but not be limited to;
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including uploading of job advertisements, screening and scheduling interviews.
* Co-ordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
* Maintain employee records to maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Assist in organising employee events and activities.
* Address employee enquiries and provide reports and maintain HRIS database.
* Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Be the first point of contact for any Human Resources enquiries and manage correspondence for employee documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this opportunity, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong ability to multitask and communicate through your self-motivated nature. You will have previous experience within a similar role and a passion for Human Resources.
