Your leadership and attention to detail will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency during all stages of the FRP process. You’ll be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that each project phase is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.ConditionsRoster: 10 days on / 4 days off (FIFO)Travel: Flights paid by Nathan ContractorsAccommodation: Share house accommodation with all necessary amenitiesTransport: Provided from airport to accommodation and from accommodation to siteKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and organise plant, labour, and materials for the project, particularly ensuring the efficient design and implementation of formwork systems.Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards, with a focus on the integrity and performance of formwork systems during concrete pours.Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, especially concerning formwork structures and safety protocols.Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress.Interpret plans and technical drawings with a particular focus on formwork design specifications to ensure accurate implementation during construction.Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Manage quality control processes and ensure that all work meets specifications.Assist in coordinating multiple teams across different projects as needed.Act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on innovation and efficiency.About YouExtensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems.Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations.Proficient in implementing quality control measures.Ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively.Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.Diversity & InclusionAt Nathan Contractors, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
