Our Luton Gungahlin office prides itself on being an inclusive, supportive and encouraging team environment and are now seeking a Property Manager who is driven, passionate about delivering quality service and able to contribute to the team and Agencies culture.
Position Specifications:
1. Manage a portfolio of 100-130 properties
2. Conduct routine inspections/open home
3. Maintenance and work order instigation and completion
4. Create leasing and property management documents
5. Maintain regular communication with clients-tenants, owners, and contractors
6. Manage online property advertising and property enquiries
7. Monitor and management arrears as per KPI’s
8. Perform general administration duties
9. Use PM software, including Agentbox, Property Tree, Asana
10. Organise and conduct periodic inspections condition reports and vacating or final inspection
11. Prepare and lodge applications to Tribunal and attend as required.
12. Authorise payments of client’s outgoings
13. Carry out rent reviews
14. Complete and lodge bonds, transfers, and claims
15. Duties as requested by Senior Management and Agency Director

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. A minimum of One year’s property management experience or a related role
2. Current ACT Real Estate registration or completed registration

1. Computer literate with general computer platforms (Experience with Property Tree is favourable)
