The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
1. A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
3. Experience in Blue collar/ heavy industries.
4. Exposure to unionised environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
