Marina and Facilities SupervisorFull Time, including rotating weekendsRoyal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, Newport, NSWThe Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC) is seeking a motivated and experienced professional from the boating or marina industry to join our team as Marina and Facilities Supervisor. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Marina and Operations Manager, overseeing the marina operations and maintenance of the Club's grounds, buildings, and assets.Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of marina and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service. Oversee all maintenance and repairs on marina facilities, club grounds, and associated assets.Coordinate external contractor works and internal maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with Work, Health, and Safety (WHS) standards and assist with reporting.Respond to incidents, emergencies, and weather events, ensuring the safety and security of the marina and members' vessels.Skills Required: Minimum 5 years experience in the boating or marina industryProven ability to operate and manoeuvre vesselsStrong knowledge of marina operations, including maintenance and general repairsHands on experience with a variety of tools and machinery for maintenance tasksAbility to supervise staff, trades and coordinate works across the facilitiesExceptional customer service skills, highly organised and ability to multi taskPhysically fitProficient in outlook, word, and marina booking systems a bonusUnderstanding of WHS regulations and complianceLicences Required: Boat and car licence essential What We Offer: Competitive salary Extensive skills and industry training Free parking and discounted mealsThis is a permanent, full-time position, working on a rotating roster that includes some weekends.How to Apply:Submit a cover letter detailing your marina and boating experience and resume to (email protected) by 9 December.
