The Role: • Managing a team of inbound and outbound sales consultants in our Gold Coast Head Office.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
• Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.
• Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.
• Effectively collaborate with regional sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
• CRM data management for effective lead generation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Department to activation complementing marketing campaigns.
Required Knowledge and Skills • Previous experience in managing call centres.
• High level of communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.
• A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.
• Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.
