Company DescriptionFounded in 2020, YepHome is committed to revolutionising the real-estate industry to connect developers, agencies and customers seamlessly in one single platform and create a bridge between the real world and the virtual world.Job DescriptionMonitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy and implementation.Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, marketing, product overview, clientele feedback and inputs from various sources.Generate new leads with both developers and agencies, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics to subscribe clientele onto the platform.Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.Facilitate introductions to local Sydney-based clientele to interstate team members.Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.This role pays $90,000 + Super + Commission.Additional InformationWe value open-minded, open-hearted teams, who reflect a diversity of experience, identity and perspective.
