About your new job Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager the role will see you work closely with the accounts payable team to achieve team targets. Your responsibilities will include: Match Purchase Orders to Invoices Identify any discrepancies and resolve them appropriately Follow up on any missing information and investigate queries Vendor reconciliations Prepare payments runs Provide data and information to internal stakeholders as required General administrative tasks About You To be successful in this role you will need to have exposure to the following: Previous experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment High accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Exposure to large ERP systems What is in it for you Combination of work from home and the office Supportive manager and team Possible further extension of assignment Accessible by public transport.
