About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Supply Chain and Planning manager is responsible for ensuring that inventory availability meets future customer demand and supply. Key accountability includes:
Duties. Ensuring that supply and inventory planners have the technical and practical skills to effectively manage their portfolio of products.Maintaining supply inventory integrity across all sites through cross functional communication and thorough analysis.Controlling the national replenishment function to ensure minimal labour and cost impact to the supply chain and manufacturing facility.Optimising stock turns while minimising existing slow moving and obsolete lines.Lead APAC demand planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy in forecasting and responsiveness to market dynamics. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a senior supply chain or planning management role in a FMCG manufacturing environment.Demand and inventory planning or replenishment experience using a modern ERP system.Strong leadership skills with first class communication and stakeholder management ability.Strong system knowledge and skills.Highly analytical aptitude and ability to work in fast paced environment.Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.How to apply
