About the Role You will be joining a well-established recruitment brand in Australia where we have existing relationships with key players within the industry. As we continue to grow our recruitment expertise, we are now seeking recruitment consultants new to the industry to join a high performing team with the ability to recruit nationally. Reporting into the Team Manager, you will be responsible for: Learning the 360 recruitment cycle and develop the skills needed to develop new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services. Under the guidance of your manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships. Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pool. Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute team and business financial objectives Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration. About you Recruitment Experience is not necessary To be considered for this role, ideally you will have: Sales experience is preferred but not essential - however you should have a passion for people and building new relationships The confidence to make phone calls to new and existing clients to qualify their recruitment needs Prior business development experience with a hunter mindset Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
