Bring your community compliance experience and ‘can do’ attitude to join the local laws team in ‘keeping Wyndham clean, safe and presentable’.What you’ll doA primary focus on proactive work regarding local laws, litter, and building site compliance as well as responding to customer requests.Coordinate and prioritise your day-to-day work.Conduct site visits and inspections.Engage with the local community and key stakeholders to achieve compliance.What you’ll bringRegulatory service and compliance experience in a community setting.Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with the public across a range of complex situations.The ability to interpret and apply legislation and policies.Working knowledge of court procedures and practices.The ability to solve problems.Confidence working autonomously.Good computer skills (including the Microsoft Office suite).Empathy and resilience in difficult and confronting situations.A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.What’s next?If you think this role might be for you, we want to hear from you.
