Job Title: Brand Manager
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and drive the success of our flagship brand Voltaren.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute brand strategies that set us apart in a competitive consumer landscape.
* Innovate and elevate by leading the charge in bringing new products to market, ensuring they align with consumer needs and market trends.
* Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and business growth.
* Analyze and adapt consumer behaviour, market opportunities, and competitor movements, adapting your strategy accordingly.
* Manage ANZ Brand P&L to ensure agreed sales and profit targets are delivered.
About You:
* A proven track record in Brand Management ideally in healthcare, FMCG or similar.
* Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans.
* Experience with digital marketing and social media.
* A passion for healthcare and wellness with an understanding of consumer needs and trends.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
