You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional services while nurturing an inclusive environment where participants can thrive.YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: Providing support to individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their independence.Assisting with daily living tasks, communication skills, and community involvement.Transporting participants to appointments and facilitating community engagement.Supporting participants to attend community group activities at our wellness centre in GladesvilleMaintaining transparent communication and documentation of support activities through our rostering platform ShiftCare.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We're looking for someone exceptional with:Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards individuals.Experienced in providing support to individuals with complex mental health conditions, intellectual disabilities, and aged care needs.Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks.Proficiency with documentation and computer skills.Relevant qualifications in a related field.WHAT IS REQUIRED Current drivers license and MUST own a reliable/registered and insured vehicleClear and current: Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers' Check and First Aid certificateQualification relevant to the role will be well regardedThree to fours days availability is a MUSTWHY WELLMINDED AUSTRALIA?
