Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team at their newly renovated restaurant, situated within a stunning 40-room boutique hotel.
About you:
* AQF Diploma or associate degree with two years of relevant experience (or three years of experience in lieu of formal qualification)
* Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
* Enthusiasm for providing high-quality cuisine and creative approach to menu planning
* Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays within a rotating roster
* Well-presented, punctual, and reliable individual with own transport required

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000-$100,000 plus superannuation.
