Your Impact: Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing - International and based at McMahons Point, NSW, you will be responsible for supporting to drive the Daigou business for the Chinese market by assisting with trade marketing activities for the direct channel. You will manage advertising and marketing collateral, digital marketing, social media, and events from concept to completion. More specifically, you will be involved in: Brief, develop, and execute the communication plans and manage external agency partners throughout the process. Oversee the development of assets for the channel, including marketing collateral, point-of-sale, promotional materials, and in-store activations. Work collaboratively with the Legal, Corporate Marketing, and China CBEC teams to develop content, ensure alignment and compliance, optimise brand messaging, and drive business growth in the Daigou channel. Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, from concept development to on-site management, ensuring each event is on-brand and aligns with organizational goals. Monitor Daigou brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting. Manage our social media accounts, including WeChat and Little Red Book, and collaborate with influencers for sponsored material. Assist in managing the Daigou trade marketing budget. What you will bring: Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in a reputable Daigou-facing business is essential. Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English is mandatory. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally. Strong presentation and communication skills. IT proficiency including the MS Office Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator with video editing highly regarded. Knowledge of the media landscape of the Chinese media here in Australia. Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline.
