Regular opportunities exist across 10 of our residential care sites to join the Eldercare team for a 1-year contract opportunity, with a view to move into a permanent role.
Roles are available as 0.8 FTE, up to full time hours undertaking weekday shifts.
(The graduate position does not include afternoon, night or weekend shifts).
As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice program with ANMECWork within a multi-disciplinary teamWork directly with residentsCollaborate with peers and other employees across the organisationIncrease your skills with direct support from colleagues, structured supervision and a thorough training programProvide treatment that centres around evidence-based careHelp residents to achieve their goalsYou will be responsible for delivering quality individualised nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management.
You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.
