Community Support Role
Fully utilize your customer service experience and people skills to support our Lifestyle Living Communities in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
About the Role
You will work across multiple communities, providing high-level support to Community Managers as required. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be crucial in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Community Manager with homeowner queries and concerns
* Build, maintain, and grow positive relationships with homeowners
* Welcome new homeowners and ensure they are integrated into the community
* Prepare paperwork for new homeowners
* Work collaboratively with contractors and service providers
* Ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with Caretakers to meet community needs
* General administration using MS Office Suite and assist with the Community Website
* Represent Stockland Halcyon at homeowner functions and events
About You
* Experience in retirement living or similar industries is advantageous
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and administration
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
