SustainHealth are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong clinical leadership capabilities to manage a dedicated team of nurses and care support staff. This is a newly created role following a recent restructure, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of residents and the development of the aged care organisation.About the RoleAs the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the Dementia Village, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to the residents. You will lead a team of skilled nurses and care staff, providing guidance, support, and clinical expertise to maintain excellence in aged care services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the clinical team, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses and care support staff, to deliver exceptional care within a dementia-focused setting.Ensure compliance with all aged care standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining best-practice clinical governance.Monitor and assess resident care plans, ensuring individualised, person-centered care approaches.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of care services.Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.Oversee clinical risk management, incident reporting, and infection control measures.Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for residents.Implement innovative dementia care strategies to support resident well-being and engagement.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a passionate and experienced clinical leader with strong knowledge and expertise in dementia care.
