Residential Sales Assistant – Real Estate (Part-time) Location: Rhodes Language Requirement: Mandarin Speaking About the Role: My client is currently seeking a proactive and organized Residential Sales Assistant to support a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced real estate environment.
This part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a seamless client experience, with key responsibilities ranging from managing client inquiries to coordinating property viewings.
Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Assist in creating marketing materials, preparing contracts, and handling documentation.
Coordinate property viewings, open inspections, and ensure smooth client interactions.
Liaise effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
Provide administrative support to the broader sales operations.
Essential Criteria: Proven experience in real estate administration or similar client-facing roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Agentbox is a plus).
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and access to a car for occasional travel.
Real Estate Licence or Certificate is essential.
Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
