A thorough understanding of therapeutic approaches to counselling and commitment to evidence-led practice, delivering consistent and high quality services to clients.Specifically, you will be required to:Provide leadership coaching, mentoring, education, supervision, and support to ensure high quality therapeutic services are provided to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships within the organisation and external partners to ensure high quality responses are offered to people who access services.Guide and lead the development of therapeutic modalities and further development of practice tools.Develop professional networks to promote the organisation to a diverse range of professionals and organisations. Provide leadership coaching, mentoring, education, supervision, and support to ensure high quality therapeutic services are provided to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships within the organisation and external partners to ensure high quality responses are offered to people who access services.Guide and lead the development of therapeutic modalities and further development of practice tools.Develop professional networks to promote the organisation to a diverse range of professionals and organisations.The Candidate: To be successful in this role you must have:Degree or above qualification in social work, psychology, family therapy, or similar discipline.Minimum four years relevant therapeutic experience post qualification.Demonstrated aptitude toward leadership and a commitment to excel in the role of team leader.A thorough understanding of counselling theories and practices in working across a range of therapeutic modalities.High level ability to provide advice and direction for complex matters including comprehensive assessments, crisis intervention, clinical risk decision making, family violence risk assessment, safety planning to respond to client's needs in a trauma informed manner.The Offer: A salary package of $115,953 plus superannuation is on offer, along with attractive NFP salary packaging.
