In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Proactively build and maintain effective business relationships with new customers and existing customers operating within the region driving new business and growth. Provide a high level of face-to-face customer contact and to a lesser extent, phone and email response:
2. Conduct and assist with presentations, training, and road shows.
3. Work with the Proposals group to provide quotations for products and demonstrate products.
4. Provide general and technical support for products.
5. Be responsible for the assigned bookings budget.
6. Provide a proactive approach to the sale of Emerson Isolation products by understanding customer needs and pains. Ensure there is a strong awareness of Emerson's capabilities within the market and the local support.
7. Implement sales and marketing plans and strategies for the region. Review, evaluate, and report on sales activities and initiatives, keeping CRM fully maintained and up to date.
8. Conduct analysis and research to gain a full understanding of the customer base and keep abreast of any changes to the market, competitors, technology, and the industry in general.

For This Role, You Will Need:
9. Tertiary or trade qualified in an engineering, science, or business discipline.
10. Proven sales experience and skills (negotiation, influence, formal, presentation, closure,
11. Experience and knowledge of the resource, chemical, and water industry
12. Experience and understanding of sales budgeting processes and forecasting and financial reporting.
13. Understanding the technical aspects of the business and key business drivers
14. Previous experience using CRM databases.
