The Opportunity: This role sits within our Business Unit of Oncology. Your role will be to represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products, including Bladder and Prostate oncology in a specialist hospital environment. This will include developing territory insights, planning, and execution, and continuously improving territory business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.
Your position will be field-based in the state of NSW in Australia.
In this role, you will: Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory, Use your skills and ability of using multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights. Essential Knowledge & Experience: You will be an experienced Hospital sales specialist. You will be experienced in understanding hospital processes and protocols. To be experienced in retaining and utilizing a high level of clinical knowledge. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Be able to work autonomously and as a team. Strong communication skills. Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in science, Business, or equivalent. Additional information: This is a permanent, full-time position. Applicants must be based in Australia and have full working rights in Australia. This position is field-based in Sydney, Australia, and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.
