In this role, you'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking yet fun team with opportunities for remote work.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process supplier invoices and match them against purchase orders. Ensure tax compliance for all processed invoices, adhering to ATO requirements. Collaborate with branch-level buyers to manage approvals and resolve discrepancies. Perform supplier statement reconciliations. Maintain audit compliance throughout all processes. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the vendor master file. Process payments efficiently using internet banking portals. About You:With a background in high-volume invoice processing and reconciliation, you'll bring strong GST legislation knowledge and a meticulous eye for detail. Key skills include:Fast, accurate data entry and advanced numeracy skills. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures. Experience with Navision MS Dynamics is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
