A great opportunity has now become available for Administration Officers to join the Casual pool located at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial and Springwood Hospitals. Your role will see you provide timely and accurate customer service and administrative support, collection of patient data, maintaining confidentiality of same, entering accurately into iPM. What you will bring to the role: Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Computer literacy in particular familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous experience with NSW Health programs would be well regarded Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
