In this role, you'll:
Join Transport NSW Sydney Central / Eastern region surveying team as a Registered Surveyor.
Your work can be as varied as the industry itself. Working across the full lifecycle of major transport infrastructure projects. You have the unique opportunity to shape the future transport landscape for the people of NSW.
Your works will include boundary surveying such as land acquisition surveys, incidental boundary surveys during or before project works and surplus land divestment surveys.
You will support senior surveyors and survey management team growing you career and experience in boundary surveying
You will get to use state of the art spatial technology equipment including various point cloud capture methods as well as high end traditional survey equipment and the latest software.
You will join a supportive, flexible, and family focused culture. We will encourage you never to miss an important family event like the kids’ sports carnival or a birthday. As a team we support one another to ensure we don't miss the best parts of life.
The role will include office and site duties, the team meets weekly at our Paramatta Square office to collaborate and offer support and guidance to one another. This is a fixed term opportunity until 31/1/2026.

About you
Registered as a Land Surveyor in NSW (Recently registered surveyors are encouraged to apply)
A team player with the desire to work within a large team environment, growing and learning from senior surveyors and mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Due to the geographical nature of our work, occasionally there may be a requirement to work away from home.
