This role also provides coaching and mentorship to HR Officers and provides expert advice on recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee benefits. The HR Advisor ensures compliance with statutory and Award requirements, and supports risk mitigation for the business, whilst playing a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, and supporting organisational change initiatives.Directly supporting senior management in relation to contemporary HR best practice, industrial relations, operational and strategic HR matters.Help to minimise organisational risk by ensuring HR practices comply with relevant legislation, and that they align with RFQ values.Support the development, implementation, monitoring and review of HR strategy and plans to support key operational priorities and strategic objectives.Promote an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture.Lead, under the direction of the EMPE, processes around staff grievances and complaints, disciplinary matters including, internal investigations and general operational HR as required.You will need:A bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant degree, or equivalent standard acquired through lesser qualification, considerable skills and extensive experience.Superior administrative and time management skills as well as excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience developing and implementing targeted HR policies, procedures and practices.A contemporary understanding of the relevant statutory environment and HR practices.Why RFQ?At RFQ, we are passionate about making a supportive, collaborative and empowering environment, where everyone can thrive.
