$91,702 - $104,753 + 10% BDCP + up to 15.4% Superannuation Edinburgh - SA The Role Joint Survivability Tactics Validation Unit (JSTVU) is seeking an enthusiastic team member to innovate and support all aspects of facility management for our bespoke facility and to assist in the planning and delivery of building upgrades and modifications required to meet unit requirements and technology changes, within resource limitations and time requirements.The person in this pivotal role works closely with the management team to produce plans across a range of activities, respond to facilities issues and mentor staff in ensuring efficient, compliant and safe use of the Unit's facilities.As JSTVU Project Facilities Manager, key tasks will include: Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.Manage the development and implementation of plans and programs for all maintenance works.Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures of Facilities Management, Security and WH&S.
