Your Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers throughout their construction journey, building strong relationships between consumers and Parchem brands.
The business offers comprehensive training and onboarding programs to support your growth in this role.
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, with rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours between 7am and 6pm.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and order requests via phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
* Manage customer orders, ensuring entry deadlines are met.
* Recommend products from our brands based on consumer needs.
* Handle complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Participate in ongoing training and on-the-job learning opportunities.
