Location: Melbourne – Yarra Falls
You will be based in our Melbourne office, at Yarra Falls, for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we're unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement.

We have an exciting opportunity as an Account Manager within the Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) team in Melbourne.

As an Account Manager, you will use your exceptional communication skills to build and maintain relationships across a portfolio of clients, to understand our client's needs and take operational ownership of client relationships, working with our stakeholders to build on these relationships and enhance the global reputation of Computershare.
Key responsibilities:
* Operational Ownership: You will own overall operational responsibility of a client portfolio
* Client Requests: Ensure client requests are monitored and prioritised correctly including monitoring service levels and client satisfaction
* Technical Expertise: Be an SME for clients, plans, product and process, in-depth technical understanding of the system processes
* Escalation Point: Form first level of escalation for client and internal stakeholders
* Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with Senior Management on the operational health of the client portfolio
* Primary Interface: Acting as the primary interface between the client and the service delivery teams for regular and ad-hoc requests
* Client Meetings: Host and lead regular client meetings to review service/project delivery status and event planning
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in customer service / relationship management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
* Ability to build detailed understanding of assigned clients & close partnering relationships
* Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders (internal and external)
* Strong negotiation skills
* Solution oriented with an attention to detail
* Ability to plan and meet multiple deadlines within a fast paced, high-pressure environment to consistently meet the needs of the business and our clients
* Ability to develop technical skills
* Ability to identify and solve problems
