We are seeking a strategic human resources leader to join State Library as Director, People and Culture. This role involves driving the development and execution of innovative Human Resources strategies that foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development and execution of innovative Human Resources strategies
* Provide leadership and direction in relation to human resource management initiatives
* Steer the People and Culture branch towards contemporary strategies and services
* Engage with stakeholders effectively to foster collaboration and inclusion
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Executive Director, Corporate Services and four direct reports to shape the culture of the Library.
