You’ll make your mark here!What you’ll be doing:Proactively prospecting new business via cold calls, email, social and deep researchRunning tailored outreach campaigns across key verticals in construction, mining and infrastructureBooking and qualifying high-quality leads for the Enterprise sales teamEngaging in multi-threaded conversations and initial discovery calls with senior decision-makersUsing Salesforce, Sales Navigator and a strong value-based pitch to get attention and win timeWorking closely with Account Executives and strategy leaders to iterate and improve your approachAbout you:You’ve worked in a SaaS sales or outbound prospecting role – ideally 1–2 years minimumYou’re a true hunter – you love chasing down new logos and starting fresh conversationsExperience in or exposure to construction, infrastructure or mining industries is a huge plusYou’re tech-savvy and used to using CRMs, sales tools and outreach platformsYou’re self-motivated, love learning and have your sights set on a long-term sales careerYou don’t just follow scripts – you understand value-based selling and how to read a roomWhat’s the setup?You’ll join a small, close-knit SDR team covering national territoriesTerritories are being split across Australia and NZ – your patch will be clearly definedExpect weekly coaching and structured check-ins with a manager who actually supports youRemote SDRs are welcome from anywhere in Australia. If you're based in Brisbane, there’s an option to come into the office 2–3 days/week. For everyone else, expect the occasional HQ trip for team workshops or planning sessions
