Qualifications & Experience – You are a Registered Nurse (or eligible for registration) with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate. You have at least three years of post-registration experience or are currently classified as a Clinical Nurse, with demonstrated competence in anaesthetic nursing. Leadership & Teamwork – You have experience in supervising and mentoring student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses. You can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and step into leadership roles when required, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
