About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with the service and sales teams to provide high-quality support. Your key responsibilities will include preparing repair quotations, developing maintenance agreements, and managing client accounts.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new service accounts.
* Create and deliver equipment repair quotations, along with recommendations for repair or replacement.
* Develop Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) tailored to client equipment needs.
* Follow up on repair and maintenance recommendations to ensure timely service.
* Manage compliance requirements for field service and subcontractor teams.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid background in customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience with sales techniques. Additionally, you should be tech-savvy and able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
