With the support of Australia's largest personal insurers, we are seeking to grow even further.This growth has presented an exciting opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join our Regional Victorian team.You'll be responsible for: Development and maintenance of professional relationships with internal and external customersAwareness and understanding of PDS and insurance practices in accordance with clients that JP FlynnMaintain and promote awareness and adherence to JP Flynn policies and proceduresEnsure contractor compliance to safety controls outlined in the "Flynn at Work Safety Supplement" and service standards outlined in "Service Delivery Procedures for Contractors".Participate in the weekly Construction Department meetingsParticipate in Scheduling and Contractor Management meetingsProvision of a weekly report on Works in Progress to Construction ManagerEnsure that all variations to the scope of works are managed and in line with JP Flynn and insurer guidelinesEnsure that the team meet agreed labour and material allowance and report any exceptions accordinglyProvision of assistance with audit reporting on internal and external contractor repairs as requiredYour main responsibilities will include: Delivery of Repair Department KPI's – focus on cycle times and project costingsCompliance to insurer SLA'sCustomer feedback internal and externalAccurate documentation and compliance to internal and external customer specificationsEnsure high quality of internal and external trade repair managementTimely and accurate submissions of reports and invoicesTimely and accurate communications to internal and external customers.As the ideal applicant, you will have: A developed trade backgroundAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills and PrimeAbility to compile quotationsClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailUnderstanding of OH&S requirementsAbility to work autonomouslyDemonstrated prioritising and organisational skillsAbility to motivate and lead a trade team to achieve set timeframes and objectives.In this position you must: Be an effective communicator, who can professionally represent our long established building groupPossess a real passion for our industryGenuinely care about customer service.Please submit your CV and Cover letter via Seek. #J-18808-Ljbffr
