The Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance boilermaker to join the Mount Isa team. Reporting to the Mount Isa Maintenance Team Leader, this position provides a maintenance service to the Mt Isa Operations to ensure the ongoing reliability of the plant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing a responsive service to meet unplanned maintenance requests and scheduled maintenance tasksCarrying out maintenance tasks within budget and in compliance with Site Engineering and Maintenance StandardsWorking as part of a team to follow processes and procedures relating to maintenance tasks, safety, quality and environment with a 'do it once, do it right' mindsetWorking closely with the operations team to achieve plant reliability and production targetsProviding input into improvements for reliability maintenance strategies and working closely with reliability engineersWhat you will bring You have worked within heavy industrial environments as a boilermaker and have exceptional welding skills, along with the qualifications which will enable you to carry out the specialist welding we have onsite.
You will also have:
