Reporting to the Materials Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components throughout our operations. These are just a few words that describe you.Responsibilities Inspect and verify the quality of civil works, materials, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of construction methods. Conduct regular site inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Document and report on quality issues, including any non-compliance, defects, or deviations from standards, and work with the project team to resolve them. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and engineers to ensure that all corrective actions are implemented and issues are addressed promptly. A supportive team culture and environment. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector in civil engineering, construction, or related industries. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and relevant software.
