Visitor Services Officers play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional visitor experience for all visitors to Werribee Open Range Zoo. Then you want to join the Visitor Services Team at Werribee Open range Zoo.
We are looking for confident communicators who will engage with our visitors, promote the zoo's Memberships/campaign's/ Commercial products, Work in a cohesive team and uphold the zoo's values.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Face-to-Face Customer Service: Proven background in delivering exceptional service directly to customers.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
* Availability: A flexible schedule, including the ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during Victorian school holidays.
Demonstrated skills:
* Visitor-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to prioritizing the needs and experiences of every visitor.
* Engaging Communicator: Confident in connecting with a diverse range of visitors, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
* Sales Acumen: Proven ability to upsell additional products and maximize sales opportunities effectively.
* Welcoming and Inclusive: A genuine, inclusive approach that makes every visitor feel valued and at home.
Please note:
* All successful applicants must have the ability to obtain a Working with Children's check and a National Police Check
* Be Available to work from the start of December 2024 through to April 2025 on Weekends, Public Holidays and Victorian School Holidays
