Job Description:
We are seeking Care Assistants to support our clients across the Gold Coast region on a permanent part-time basis.
Your Role
As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
* Providing personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, medication management, and promoting independence.
* Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
* Developing strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Hold a current Police Screening Certificate.
* Have a Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card) certificate.
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care.
* Possess a reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
* Hold a current Queensland driver's license.
* Have current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Be willing to undergo vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox), and Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
